锗—132对肉用雏鸡免疫功能的影响及其临床应用初探 Ⅲ Ge—132对健康及人工感染vMDV雏鸡某些免疫器官自由基代谢的影响 被引量:6

摘要 实验用1日龄肉用雏鸡300只,随机分为四组:Ⅰ组为健康对照;Ⅱ组加喂100PPmGe—132;Ⅲ、Ⅳ组人工感染vMDV,同时Ⅲ组也加喂100PPmGe—132,经60日间临床观察并每隔10日用ESR法测定胸腺、法氏囊及脾组织中自由基含量。测得结果,健康雏龄胸腺、法氏囊及脾组织中自由基平均含量分别为:0.27±0.04、0.34±0.08、0.28±0.06相对浓度(峰/峰),且10~60日龄间无明显变化。通过与健康对照组比较,人工感染vMDV雏鸡各组织中自由基含量均显著增多。Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组对比结果证实,Ge—132能使人工感染vMDV雏鸡免疫器官中自由基含量明显降低。实验结果为阐明自由基与肿瘤病变的发生机理,提供了某些理论依据。 Three hundred healthy one-day-old chicks were randomely divided into four groups, 75 for each. The first one was used as the control group, groups Ⅱ、Ⅲ were fed, in addition to the basic diet+100PPm Ge132. one-day-old chicks of both groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were infected with very Marek's disease virus(vMDV). The experiment lasted bodays. The free radical contents of thymus bursal and spleen were determined by Electron spin Resonance(ESR). It was observed that the average contents of free radical abovementioned tissues were 0.27+0.04; 0.34±0.08; 0.28±0.06 (S/O), respectively. The free radical contents of the tissues were increased significantly (p<0.05)in chicks infected with vMDV as compared with the control group. Comparison between groups Ⅲ、Ⅳ showed that Ge—132 could decrease obviously the free radical contents of thymus、bursal and spleen. The results provided some theoritical basis for explaination mechanism of free radical and oncognesis.
