摘要
通过石蜡切片法和涂片法，对葱（ＡｌｉｕｍｆｉｓｔｕｌｏｓｕｍＬ．）天然雄性不育系成熟花药的形态结构进行了解剖学研究。发现了雄性不育系成熟花药的形态特征是产生的花粉少且花粉空瘪。本文还初步探讨了造成葱性性不育的时期和原因，认为葱天然雄性不育系的不育发生时期应在小孢子时期或是接近双核期。
The morphology and anatomical structure of the mature anther of natural male sterility in Allium fistulosum was observed with paraffin section and smear. The results showed that the natural male sterility produced few pollens and the pollens were wizened.
