摘要
文章综述了目前国内外在白僵菌高毒力菌株筛选领域的研究报道以及花生地蛴螬的防治现状,讨论了白僵菌菌株毒力退化和环境因素对药效的影响等问题;提出加强白僵菌对蛴螬致病机理、白僵菌毒素作用机制、白僵菌制剂稳定性方面的研究,以延缓白僵菌退化,提高其稳定性和防效;指出结合花生地的土壤环境条件和蛴螬的为害习性,研究白僵菌病的流行动态与环境因素对白僵菌病传染的作用,是利用该菌防治蛴螬应用研究的一个新方向。
In order to enhance the efficiency of bio-control of Beauveria bassiana on Holotrichia Diomphalia, the screening of highly virulent strains of Beauveria bassiana in native and overseas and the current situation of bio-control on Holotnchia Diomphalia in peanut field were summarized in this paper. The problems on the virulent degeneration of strains and the adverse influence of environmental factors on controlling effect were also discussed. It is put forward that the pathogenesis of Beauveria bassiana on Holotriehia Diomphalia, the virulent mechanism of Beauveda bassiana and the stability of preparation for Beauveria bassiana should be strengthened to delay the degeneration of Beauveria bassiana for improving its stability and control effects. Moreover, according to the soil's environmental conditions in peanut field and the damage habits of Holotrichia Diomphalia, the epidemic dynamics of Beauveria bassiana disease and the infecting functions of environmental factors on Beauvena bassiana disease should be a new research orietation on the control of Holotdchia Diomphalia by Beauveria bassiana.
