摘要
低弹塑性混凝土的具有抗压强度较低,弹性模量较低,渗透系数较小的力学性能,很适合于水利工程中作为大坝基础的防渗墙。本文结合两个水利工程实例,在实验室采用掺加掺合料的方法及正交试验等方式对防渗墙低弹塑性混凝土综合试验,经过对配制的塑性混凝土力学性能进行分析,并且确定了防渗墙施工的配合比,经现场应用验证了施工的低弹塑性混凝土满足防渗墙设计要求。
Plastic concrete with lower flexible modules owns mechanics performances of lower compressive strength, lower flexible module and small infiltration coefficient, and suits for impermeable walls of dams very much, To meet the design requirements of two, water conservancy projects, in this paper we experimented comprehensively for plastic concrete with lower flexible modules by adopting the methods of orthogonal experiment and adding additions in the laboratory. After analyzing the mechanics performances of the plastic concrete, we gave the reasonable mix ratio of plastic concrete with lower flexible modules for engineering construction of impermeable walls of the two water conservancy projects. Up to the present, the condition of construction application by using this two mix ratios of concrete showed that the plastic concrete with lower flexible modules met the design requirements of impermeable walls of dams.
