摘要
针对阳江核电水库堆石坝坝脚渗漏问题,采用复掺膨润土、粉煤灰配制的稳定浆液灌浆方法堵漏.通过试验分析粉煤灰、膨润土、减水剂等因素对灌浆材料流变性能、力学性能的影响规律,确定膨润土对浆材的流变性能、强度影响比粉煤灰大,同时确定稳定浆液各组份适宜的掺量范围.在此基础上设计系列灌浆材料配合比,并通过现场灌浆效果及取芯测试结石强度、渗透性可见,设计的混合和膏状灌浆材料满足工程施工及性能指标要求.
In order to resolve dam seepage of concrete face rockfill dam of Yangjiang nuclear power station reservoir and guarantee the safe operation of the reservoir,concerning the feature of dam structure,a mixed slurry material and paste serous material used for grouting and sealing are proposed.First of all,the impact regulation on properties of grouting material caused by the fly ash,bentonite,water reducing agent are inferred by experimental analysis,on the basis of this regulation,series of mix proportion of grouting material are designed;and rheological property,strength and permeability of grouting material are studied together.Through on site practice and core test on site,it is shown that the designed mixed slurry material and paste serous material can meet the requirements of construction and performance index.
