摘要
利用橡胶颗粒等体积代替细集料,制备橡胶塑性混凝土,研究不同橡胶颗粒含量、水胶比等对其渗透性和力学特性的影响。结果表明:对水胶比一定的塑性混凝土,橡胶颗粒掺量增加,弹性模量减小,但对塑性混凝土的渗透系数基本没影响。塑性混凝土水胶比降低,其弹性模量明显增加,渗透系数明显减低。因此,综合利用橡胶颗粒和改变水胶比,可以配制满足工程需要的低弹性模量、高抗渗性的塑性混凝土,为改善塑性混凝土的配比提供了一种新方法。
Using rubber particles instead of fine aggregates to prepare rubber plastic concrete, the impacts on the rubber plastic concrete's permeability and mechanical properties are studied under different rubber particles and water-binder ra- tios. The test results show that to the plastic concrete under constant water-binder ratio, as the rubber particles are in- creased, the elastic modulus would be decreased, but for the permeability coefficient of plastic concrete, there is no in- fluence basically. As the plastic concrete' s water-binder ratio is reduced, the elastic modulus would be increased signifi- cantly, but the permeability coefficient would be decreased significantly. Therefore, the comprehensive utilization of rub- bet particles and change of water-binder ratio could prepare the plastic concrete with low elastic modulus and high perme- ability, which could provide a new method to improve the plastic eonerete' s ratio.
