摘要
通过凉山州自然保护区现状、存在的及亟待解决的问题研究,提出加强保护区建设与管理对策:加大宣传力度,实现齐抓共管;强化保护手段,完善保护设施,提高管理水平;发展经济,变被动为主动;加强科研管理、加强广泛联系、促进保护事业;推广社区林业经营管理理念和模式。
By means of the research of present situation and problems of natural reserves in Liangshan, to present construction and managing countermeasures of natural reserves： to strengthen propaganda and come true management together; to intensify protective means, perfect protective installations and improve managing level, to develop economics and change passive action into active action; to strengthen management of scientific research and connection widely; to promote protective career and expand ideas and models of management on forestry management.
