The article briefly introduced the concept and meaning of community forestry, roughly discussed the reasons why community forestry come out, why the method from bottom to top for decision making be used, why the forest and land tenure need be respected, and briefly discussed the related questions on community forestry such as the main body, the understanding about forest resource reduction, etc.
