摘要
在所试剂量下,煮沸、戊二醛与二氯异氰尿酸钠均可使DHBV与HHBV形态及其DNA-P破坏,使DHBV对雏鸭的感染性灭活;但除用二氯异氰尿酸钠处理外,均不能将其DNA与表面抗原完全破坏。结果表明,用DHBV雏鸭感染法进行消毒试验,可间接,但较准确反映出对HHBV的灭活效果。本试验与其他标志物试验相比,较易推广。
The resistance of the markers of DHBV and HHBV and inactivation of the infectivity of DHBV to young ducks were observed experimentally in laboratory.The results indicated that boiling(98~99℃)for 60 min,2% alkaline glutaraldehyde with a 90 min contact time and sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution containing 500 mg/L available chlorine with a 30 min contact time could destroy the morphology(electronmicroscopic observation)and DNA-P of DHBV and NHBV and extinct the infectivity of DHBV to young duck.However,except sodium dichloroisocyanurate both of the other 2 treatment methods could not destroy completely the DNA of DHBV and HHBV and HHBsAg Finding of HBV DNA not necessarily represents survival of the wbole virus and disappearance of HBsAgis slower than that of infectivity,therefore these 2 markers are unsuitable for evaluating inactivation of HHBV。As compared with HHBV DNA-P assav and observation of morphological changes,DHBV infection test is simpler and has good repeatability of the result,so its use is recommended。
