摘要
中医药抗乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B Virus,HBV)实验研究取得丰硕成果,总结出大量有效抗HBV方药,为以后筛选抗HBV药物提供思路;深研中医理论,挖掘中医中有关病毒性肝炎理论和方药,利用现代生物技术筛选抗HBV中药是最可靠的方法;借鉴民间流传的治疗病毒性肝炎的经验,从中筛选抗HBV药物也是一种捷径;利用现代技术方法筛选中药抗HBV有效成分有利于提高中药抗HBV研究水平;积极挖掘传统的非抗HBV药物的抗HBV作用,为研发抗HBV药物提供新思路。
There have been fruitful results about anti - HBV study of Chinese medical, and summarized a large number of effec- tive anti - HBV prescriptions, which provides the ideas for the future screening anti -5 HBV drugs. It is the most reliable method of screening anti - HBV drug from traditional Chinese medicine to research traditional Chinese medicine theory and prescriptions deeply, using modern biotechnology. It is also a shortcut to screen anti - HBV drugs by learning from the folklore experience in the treatment of viral hepatitis. It helps improve the level of anti - HBV study of traditional Chinese medicine to use modern techniques for screening anti - HBV active.
