摘要
在电镜下观察了消毒剂作用后乙型肝炎病毒颗粒破坏情况,并与用SPRIA法检测HBsAg抗原性破坏结果作比较。结果,含二氯异氰尿酸钠、碘伏与戊二醛的3种消毒液,破坏HBV颗粒结构的最低有效浓度均高于破坏HBsAg抗原性者。
The comparative
efficacy of 3 disinfectants in destroying HBV particle structure andHBsAg antigeni citv was
studied.Incomplete or complete rupture of the outer coat and thecore observed under
electronmicroscope was used as the indicator of destruction of HBV par-ticle after exposure to
the disinfectants.SPRIA was used to examine the destruction ofHBsAg antigenicity after
exposure to the disinfectants with cpm value ratio of test group tonegative control(S/N)smaller
than 2.1 as the indicator of destruction. The results indicatedthat the minimal concentrations of
Sumiejing disinfectant (SD,containing 20.0%sodiumdichloroisocyanurate),Wanli germicidal
detergent(W GD,containing 0.8 % iodophor )andXiaodulin telephone disinfectant(XTD,containing
3.0% glutaraldehyde)for destroyingHBV particle structure were 0.4%,20.0% and 66.7 %
respectively and those for destroyingHBsAg antigenicity were 0.2%,5.0% and 33.3 %
respectively.The former were signiflcantlyhigher than the latter.The above results suggest that
for examining the efficacy of a disinfectant in inactivatingHBV,exact conclusion can be obtained
by simultaneous examination of destruction ofHBsAg antigenicity and electronmicroscopic
observation on HBV particle structure destruc-tlon.
