摘要
经检测,对钴-60辐照,病人血清中HBsAg、pHSA-R与HBV-DNA抗力较其中HBV-DNAp、HBeAg及纯化HBsAg者为强.HBV颗粒经17.90kGy剂量辐照后在电镜下仅见碎片.对所试含氯消毒剂、碘酊、高锰酸钾、盐酸与过氧化物消毒剂,病人血清中的HBsAg较其中pHSA-R、HBeAg及纯化HBsAg的抗力为强.
The resistance of serological markers of hepatitis B to 60Co irradiation and some chemi-cal disinfectants was examined in laboratory.The results were as follows: 1 : 10 diluted se- rum HBsAg and pHSA- Rand undiluted serum H BV- DNA from patient had strong resist ance to60Co irradiation with a destructive dosage of 2 1.50 kGy; the serum H BV- DN Ap,HBcAg and purified HBsAg had weaker resistance to60Co irradiation, after exposure to 17.9kGy irradiation, only fragments of HBV particles could be seen under electronmicroscope.In regard to the chemical disinfectants tested,pH SA- Rand H BeAg in 1: 10 diluted pa-tient、serum and purified HBsAg were destroyed by 3.0% chloramine T,2.0% tincture iodi,2.0%hydrochloric acid and 0.1%potassium permanganate after exposure for 5 minutes.tvhile HBsAg in serum of patient was not. Both HBsAg, pHSA-R, HBeAg in patient's serumand purified H BsAgcould be destroyed by 0.5%peracetic acid, but could not be destroyed by3.0% hydrogen peroxide.The experimental results also indicated that the concentration of markers and serum con-tent had influence on efficacy of60Co irradiation in destroying HBsAg.
