摘要
欧洲花楸为蔷薇科花楸属落叶小乔木,树种优良。为了掌握欧洲花楸的离体快繁技术,从试管苗生根培养天数、不同基质配比、根系状况、温湿度和光照条件多方面进行了其试管苗移栽技术的研究。结果表明,根系正常且经过30~40d生根培养的试管苗,移栽到细河砂、草炭士、圃地士配比为3:3:4的基质上,按照逐渐控水、减肥、增光、降温的原则进行管理,易通过炼苗阶段,移栽成活率较高。
Sorbus aucuparia, belonging to Rosaceae, Sorbus, is a fine species of small deciduous tree. Effects of days of inducing rooting, different ratios of media, root system conditions, temperature and humidity, illumination condition on survival rate of transplanted test-tube plantlets were researched, in order to grasp the rapid propogation techniques in vitro in Sorbus aucuparia. The results showed that the test-tube plantlets with normal root system, been cultured for 30-40 d, could get a high transplanting survival rate, and suitable media were the compounding of fine river sand, soddy soil and garden soil (3 : 3 : 4), and the seedlings should be managed according to the principles of controlling water, increasing illumination and decreasing temperature by degrees.
