摘要
目的 :对花楸属植物化学成分和药理作用作一综述。方法 :按照化学结构类型对花楸属植物的化学成分进行分类综述 ,对其主要的药理作用进行综述。结果与结论 :花楸属植物含有三萜类、植物甾醇类、黄酮类、二联苯类、类山梨酸苷类和生氰苷类等多种化学成分 ,并具有抗氧化、抗癌、抗辐射、止咳平喘等药理作用。
Objective:To review the researches of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of the plants of Sorbus L.Methods:Based on the chemical structure types of compounds,the constituents were reviewed individually.The main pharmacological activities were also reviewed.Results and Conclusion:Sorbus L.contains many kinds of chemical constituents primarily including triterpenoids,phytosterols,flavonoids,biphenyl derivatives,parasorbic acid glycosides,cyanogenic glycosides etc.It shows pharmacological activities of antioxidant,anticancer,antiradiation,etc.This review provides a reference for the research and development of Sorbus L.
