摘要
目的:正确认识机体的免疫对口腔颌面恶性肿瘤治疗的重要性,从而提高其治疗的效果。方法:阅读国内外文献,总结颌面部恶性肿瘤细胞免疫中T淋巴细胞的作用及体液免疫中血清抗体的浓度。结果:细胞免疫在颌面部肿瘤免疫中起主要作用,体液免疫主要通过刺激血清中IgA升高对肿瘤产生作用。结论:在口腔恶性肿瘤的临床治疗中,充分注意调整机体的免疫状态,提高机体免疫机制,从而提高颌面部恶性肿瘤的治疗效果。
Objective：To recognize the important influence of immunity of human body in oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor, for improving the therapeutic efficacy. Methods：Reading literatures home and aboard, then summarizing the effect of Tu lymphocytes in cell immunity and the level of antibodies in humoral imunity in maxinofacial malignant tumor. Results： The cell immunity played important roles in immunity of maxillofacial tumor. The humoral immunity produced effect on the tumor through stimulating the increasing IgA. Conclusion： During the clinical therapy on oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor,adjustment of immunity condition of human body and improvement in immunity mechanism should be attenuated, for improving the therapeutic efficacy.
