摘要
通过定量检测根管内渗液中的免疫球蛋白,证实各类免疫球蛋白的含量与渗液的性状和临床症状有关。在清亮渗液中IgA含量较多,而血性渗液中IgM含量较多,说明在尖周病的病理过程中,除IgG外,IgA和IgM表现出它们特有的作用。
To analyse content of immunoglobulin of the exudation from root canals by means of theimmunoassay, the results confirmed that the content of immunogiobulin was related to the character of the exudation and the clinical symptom.The IgA content in thin exudation was more, and the IgM content in thick exudation was more too.The fact demonstrated IgA aud IsA ,besides IgG, presented special effect in pathogcncsis of pcriapical lesions
