肠道T细胞淋巴瘤的临床病理特征 被引量：2

摘要 目的　探讨肠道T细胞淋巴瘤的临床病理特征、免疫表型及鉴别诊断要点。　方法　总结2例肠道T细胞淋巴瘤的临床病理资料,并结合文献进行讨论。　结果　2例均诊断为非霍奇金淋巴瘤T细胞型,其中1例为大中细胞性, 1例为小细胞性。　结论　肠道T细胞淋巴瘤(尤其是大中细胞性)临床病理表现较特殊,可能与EB病毒高度相关,属结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤谱系,其诊断和鉴别诊断主要依靠病理组织学及免疫组织化学。
