摘要
介绍了当前规划中公众参与存在的问题,并对其存在的问题提出了解决途径,最后从法制建设、提高公众参与意识、城建会建设几方面对保障机制进行了阐述,以期在现今社会环境中,为公众参与寻找出问题的解决途径。
The following paper introduces the existing problem of public participation in nowadays city planning, proposes countermeasures for it, and illustrates its safeguard mechanism from the building of legal system, the improvement of public＇s participation concept and the building of city construction committee, in order to find out the solution for the problems in public participation in nowadays social environment.
