摘要
本文观察了蜂花粉水提取物对无水乙醇与0.6mol/LHCI所致的小鼠胃粘膜还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平变化的影响作用。结果显示:无水乙醇与0.6mol/LHCl灌胃均可引起胃粘膜GSH水平下降而LPO水平升高,事先用蜂花粉水提取物灌胃对无水乙醇与0.6mol/LHCl所致的胃粘膜GSH水平下降和LPO水平升高均有显著的抑制作用。提示:胃粘膜GSH水平与LPO水平呈负相关,蜂花粉水提取物可提高胃粘膜GSH水平、降低LPO水平。
Abstract Thisexperimentwascarriedouttostudytheeffectofbeepollenwaterextractonthelevelsofreducedglutatbione(GSH)andlipidperoxides(LPO)inthegastricmucosaofmice.TheresultsshowedthatthelevelofGSHwasdecreased.whiletbatofLPOwasincreasedinthegastricmacosaoffastedmdceadministratedeitherabsoluteethanol(AE)or0.6molJLhydmchloricacid(HC1)orally.However,thetendencyofdecreasingoftheGSHlevelandincreasingoftheLPOlevelinthegastricmucosaoffastedmiceadmdnistratedorallyeitherwithAEorwitbHC1wereinhibitedbypretreatznentofbeepol-lenwaterextract.ItwassuggestedthatthelevelsofGSHandLPOinthegastricmucosawasnegativelyrelatedtoeachotherandbeepollenwaterextractcouldincreasetheGSHlevel,decreasetheLPOJevelinthegastricmucosa.MeSHHoneypollen.Glutathione.Lipidperoxides.Gastricmucosa.Aloobol,Ethyl.Hydrochloricacid
