摘要
用蜂花粉与生理盐水分别给实验组与对照组小鼠灌胃,连续28天后,灌洗和培养两组小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞,并以-30℃、+30℃反复冻融破碎细胞,用生化方法测定破碎的腹腔巨噬细胞之酸性磷酸酶和精氨酸酶活性。结果表明:实验组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞内两种酶的活性均高于对照组,且有显著性差异。提示:蜂花粉可激活巨噬细胞,具有提高机体的免疫力和抗肿瘤能力之作用。
The enhanced effect of bee pollen on acid phosphatase and arginase activity in peritoneal macrophage of mice were studied. Mice were oral administered bee pollen for 28 days. The acid phosphatase and arginase activity in the peritoneal macrophage of mice were detected by biochemistry method. The results showed that the acid phosphatase and arginase activity in the macriophage of experimental mice were enhanced signiticantlly than those of the control group. It is suggested that bee pollen can activate the functions of macrophage and strengthen the ability of one's immunity and resistance to tumour.
