摘要
当黄嘌呤氧化酶—黄嘌呤(XO—X)产生的氧自由基引起离体孵育的胃粘膜细胞损伤时,细胞的丙二醛(MDA)含量随XO浓度的加大而增高,并与细胞的损伤程度呈平行关系。受损细胞的膜流动性下降及溶血性卵磷脂与卵磷脂的比值(LPC/PC)降低。提示,XO—X产生的氧自由基引起的胃粘膜细胞膜物化特性的改变是其导致细胞损伤的机理之一。
When the cultured isolaetd gastric mucosal cells were injured by oxygen radicals produced by xan-thine oxidase(XO)-xanthine(X) system, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the cells increased ina dosedependent manner with the concentration of XO, and paralleled to the intensity of cellular in-jury The membrane f1uidity and ratio between lysophosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylcholine(LPC/PC) in the injured cells decreased. These suggested that the changes in the physico-chemical propertiesof the membrane induced by oxygen radicals mighs be one of the mechanisms of the cellular injury.
