摘要
本实验首先观察了川芎煎剂(dLwF)对电解损毁后部下丘脑诱致的大鼠胃粘膜损伤之影响,并将其与甲氰咪胍、阿托品的作用进行了比较,然后观察了dLwF对损毁后部下丘脑后大鼠血液比粘度、血浆皮质醇水平和胃酸分泌的影响。结果显示,dLwF,甲氰咪胍,阿托品对这种消化道损伤有明显抑制作用;dLwF的抑制效果与阿品托相近,但优于甲氰咪胍,dLwF且能防止这种大鼠全血比粘度的上升和血浆皮质醇水平的下降,但对其血浆比粘度和胃酸分泌无明显影响。这表明,dLwF对这种大鼠胃粘膜有细胞保护作用及能改善胃粘膜的微循环。
In the present study we observed first the effect of oral administration of the decoction of Ligustieum wallichii Franch (dLwF) on the gastric mucosal injury induced by the electrolytical lesion of the posterior hypothalamus(PH) in rats, then its effects on the blood viscosity, blood plasma cotisol level and gastaic acid secretion in the rats bearing the lesion in PH. We also observed effects of cimetidine and atropine given by the same route on the gastric mucosal injury induced by the lesion of PH in the rats to compare with the effect of dLwF. Results showed that bLwF, cimetidine and atropine significantly reduced the gastric mucosal injury compared to that of control animals and that of the reagents studied, the rank order of efficacy in reducing the severity of the gastric mucosal injury was dLwF≈atropine>cimetidine. Moreover, the study demonstrated that the oral administration of dLwF prevented the relative whole blood viscosity from ascending and the blood plasma cortisol level from descending in the rats with lesion of PH. The relative blood plasma viscosity and gastric acid secretion showed no significant changes following the oral administration of dLwF in the same rats. The data presented indicated that dLwE had a cytoprotective effect on the gastric mucosal membrane and could improve the gastric mucosal microcirculation in the rats with lesion of PH.
