摘要
通过对钢制内压球形封头和圆筒形容器的应变测量及应力进行分析,发现了数据中存在的一些问题。引用理论应力分析方法和ANSYS有限单元应力分析方法对其校核,分析了测试过程中可能产生的误差及其原因。
By measuring the strain of the steel internal pressure vessel which has a hemispherical head and a cylindrical shell, analyzing the stress, we discover the data exists the problem. We quoted from theoretical analyses and the finite element analyses. According to the error margin, we analyze the possible error margin and its reasons in the test process.
