摘要
本文用三维有限元的方法研究带 30°斜接管的圆柱形容器在内压作用下的极限载荷 ,通过计算确定了容器的应力集中系数、塑性区的扩展情况以及容器的变形情况 ,并用两倍弹性斜率法和双切线法确定了结构的极限载荷。文章通过比较 ,发现ASME规范中给出的斜接管结构应力集中系数算法比较保守。本文还对小变形理论和大变形理论的结果作了比较 ,得出在计算结构的极限载荷时 。
A cylindrical vessel with 30°lateral intersection was studied by 3-D FEM in this paper. The main purpose is to get the limit load of this structure when it was subjected to internal pressure. The stress concentration factor (SCF), the spread of plastic area and the behavior of deformation were obtained from this analysis. Through the comparation, we also find that SCF for laterals given by ASME code is conservative and material nonlinear mode is precise enough in FEM calculation.
