造桥机主梁高强连接螺栓群的有限元计算 被引量:17

摘要 造桥机主梁一般采用高腹板箱梁结构,主梁之间通过高强螺栓群相互连接。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的约束方程的方法,对30 m跨造桥机主梁连接处的高强螺栓群进行了有限元计算分析,得出了螺栓群受力分布规律,提出了更加合理的螺栓布置方案。计算结果表明,在满足螺栓连接强度的要求下,两根主梁共可省去368个螺栓。 The structure of high web is often adopted in the overhead launching gantry' s main girder that are connected by the high-strength bolts. The FEM model of the main girder connected boards with high-strength bolts for a 30m long overhead launching gantry is established by using the constraint equation of ANSYS. Based on analyzing the bolt force distribution, the more available bolts distribution is obtained. The calculation results show that 368 bolts in 2 main girders can be reduced in the new bolts distribution mode, and the connecting strength of bolts can be reached. 2 tabs, 8 figs, 6 refs.
