摘要 针对齿啮式快开压力容器事故率较高且失效形式主要是韧性断裂和疲劳断裂的问题,运用ANSYS软件,建立齿啮式快开压力容器的三维模型,对其进行了静强度和疲劳寿命分析。与采用JB 4732-1995标准的计算结果相对比,验证了有限元疲劳分析方法的正确性和可靠性。有限元疲劳分析方法弥补了试验的不足,尤其缩短了设备的疲劳试验周期,提高了齿啮式快开压力容器结构设计和制造的可靠性与经济性。 For the high rate of accident in tooth-locked quick opening pressure vessels and ductile fracture together with fatigue fracture as its main failure modes, 3D model of the structure was established by ANSYS, as well as static strength and fatigue life was analyzed. By comparing the calculate results of ANSYS and JB 4732-1995, the correctness and reliability of finite element fatigue analysis method was verified. This method makes up for the deficiency of the test, and the fatigue test cycle of equipment is reduced. The structure design and manufacture reliability of tooth-locked quick opening pressure vessel is improved.
