类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌的耐药性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的检测类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌对18种抗菌药物的耐药性。方法采用VITEK-32微生物自动分析仪测定50株类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌的药物敏感性。结果类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌对氨苄西林、替卡西林、头孢唑啉、头孢西丁和庆大霉素的耐药率为100%,氨苄西林/舒巴坦、阿莫西林/棒酸、哌拉西林、头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、阿米卡星、妥布霉素、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星和复方新诺明的耐药率均超过55%,哌拉西林/他唑巴坦和头孢他啶的耐药率分别为15.8%和18%,没有发现对亚胺培南耐药。结论哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶和亚胺培南对类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌的抗菌作用较强,应作为治疗类鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌感染的首选用药。 Objective To determine resistance of 50 strains of Burkholderia Pseuclomallei to 18 antimierohial agents. Methods Strains of Burkholderia PseudomaUei isolated from clinical specimens were tested for susceptibility to antimierohial agents by VITEK - 32. Results Resistant rates of Burkholderia pseudomaUei to Ampieillin, Tieareillin, Cefazolin, Cefoxitin, Gentamyein was 100% respectively, and Ampicillin/Sulbactam, Amoxicillin/Clawdanie Acid, Piperacillin, Cefotaxlme, Ceftriaxone, Amikaein, Tohramycin, Ciprofloxacin, Lcvofloxacin, Trimethopfim/Sulfa was higher than 55 %, hut Piperacillin/Tazobactam and Ceftazidime was 15.8% and 18% respectively. None of cpecies showed resistant to Imipenem. Conclusion Imipenem, peracfilin/tazobactam and Ceftazidime are stronger antimicrobial agents against to Burkholderia pseudomallei . They should be the fast choice of antimicrohial agents for treatment of clinical infection with Burkholderia pseudomallei .
