摘要
目的 测定铜绿假单胞菌对倍能等 16种抗菌药物的耐药性。方法 采用VITEK 32微生物自动分析仪测定 2 36株铜绿假单胞菌的药敏 ,并对其中 5 2株菌测定了对 9种抗菌药物的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 铜绿假单胞菌对头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、庆大霉素和哌拉西林的耐药率均超过 5 0 % ,对倍能和泰能的耐药率分别为 7 7%和 13 5 %。结论 倍能和泰能对铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌作用最强 。
Objective To determine antimicrobial resistance of 236 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Painon and other fifteen antibiotics. Methods 236 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from clinical specimens were tested for susceptibility to antibiotics by VITEK 32. Minimum inhibiting concentration(MIC) to 9 antibiotics were also determined in 52 of the 236 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Results Resistant rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Painon and Tienem were 7 7% and 13 5% respectively. Resistance to aftriaxone, cefotaxime, piperacillin,and gentamycin was higher than 50%. Conclusion Both Painon and Tienam were the strongst antibiotics against to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. They should be the first choice antibiotics for treatment of serious clinical infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Pseudomonas aeruginosa; antibiotics; resistance
