236株铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性分析

摘要 目的 测定铜绿假单胞菌对倍能等 16种抗菌药物的耐药性。方法 采用VITEK 32微生物自动分析仪测定 2 36株铜绿假单胞菌的药敏 ,并对其中 5 2株菌测定了对 9种抗菌药物的最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 铜绿假单胞菌对头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、庆大霉素和哌拉西林的耐药率均超过 5 0 % ,对倍能和泰能的耐药率分别为 7 7%和 13 5 %。结论 倍能和泰能对铜绿假单胞菌的抗菌作用最强 。 Objective To determine antimicrobial resistance of 236 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Painon and other fifteen antibiotics. Methods 236 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from clinical specimens were tested for susceptibility to antibiotics by VITEK 32. Minimum inhibiting concentration(MIC) to 9 antibiotics were also determined in 52 of the 236 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Results Resistant rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to Painon and Tienem were 7 7% and 13 5% respectively. Resistance to aftriaxone, cefotaxime, piperacillin,and gentamycin was higher than 50%. Conclusion Both Painon and Tienam were the strongst antibiotics against to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. They should be the first choice antibiotics for treatment of serious clinical infection with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Pseudomonas aeruginosa; antibiotics; resistance
