摘要
设备的远程状态监测和故障诊断技术是实现资源共享、提高故障诊断水平的重要途径。文章提出了一种基于GPRS技术实现远程状态监控与故障诊断系统的方法。在介绍GPRS数据通信技术原理和技术特点的基础上,阐述了基于该技术的远程状态监测与诊断系统的组成,分析了系统实现的关键技术,给出了部分技术难点的实现方法。实验表明,基于GPRS技术实现设备远程状态监测与故障诊断是可行的,具有一定的工程应用价值。
Remote status monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is an important solution to realize sharing resource and raising fault diagnose level. The paper put forward a GPRS based solution to realize remote status supervise and fault diagnose system. Basing the introduction of the technical principle and characters of GPRS, The system structure is expatiated, the key technology to realize the system is analyzed in detail, and realization method for part of the difficult technology is presented. Experiment show GPRS based remote status monitoring and fault diagnosis is feasible, and having high available practicality.
