摘要
针对现有数控机床使用效率较低、管理零散、故障问题发现不及时等问题,本文详细介绍了基于GPRS网络的数控机床远程监控系统的设计,将GPRS远程数据传输与监控技术的结合,可以将用户的监控数据以便捷的方式传送至目的地,而几乎不必考虑实际距离的限制,实现数控机床的统一管理和调配以及故障诊断,大大的降低企业的生产成本。
This article introduces the design of CNC machine remote monitoring system, which is based on GPRS network, for ineffectiveness, unsuitable management and the problem can not find in time of the CNC (Compute Numerical Control) machine. The GPRS remote data transformation combined with the monitoring technology, which can transfer the monitoring data of subscriber to the destined in an effective way without considering the distance. This design realizes the centralized management, reasonable allocation and instant fault diagnosis of the CNC machine and reduces greatly the cost of production.
