摘要
针对传统塔机安全监控系统存在实时性差、处理速度慢、传输距离短、不能组成监控网络等缺点,该课题研究和设计了性能更为优越的新一代塔机安全监控管理系统。该系统以ARM控制器为核心,实时采集、显示、储存塔机的高度、变幅、回转角度、载重、风速、电机电流、电压等工作数据。当超出安全范围时发出警报,并运用GPRS和Internet无缝连接技术将工作数据上传至远程管理平台,平台将数据存至SQL Server中,通过ADO数据库访问技术实现网页与数据库的连接,最终数据通过网页显示,实现塔机的远程、在线、实时的监控和管理。同时可以实现多塔机的通信,建立塔机群安全监控网络。经实践验证,该系统运行可靠,能够有效保障塔机的运行安全,具有良好的应用和推广前景。
Against real-time,slow processing speed,short transmission distance,which can not be composed of the monitoring system net and other shortcomings exist in the traditional safety monitoring system,it designs a more superior performance of the new generation of tower crane safety monitoring and management system which select ARM controller as the core,and makes real-time acquisition,display,storage height of the tower crane,margin,slewing angle,load,wind speed,motor current,voltage,etc.data more conveniently and timely.When these data beyond the scope af security alert it will be triggered,and uses GPRS and Internet connection technology seamlessly uploaded to the remote monitoring nanagement platform,platform will save the data to SQL Server through the web connection to the database,and the final data displayed through the web,the tower crane remote,on-line,real-time monitoring and management.It is able to achieve multi-tower crane communication and establish a nationwide monitoring net Practice proves that the system is reliable,able to effectively protect the safety of the operation of the tower crane,and has a good application and promotion prospects.
