摘要
结合远程监控与诊断技术在现代制造业中的重要作用 ,分析了远程监控与诊断技术实现的三种模式 ,提出并分析了运用远程监控与诊断技术进行在线监测与诊断的七个质量评价指标 .提出了一种远程监控与诊断系统模型 ,该模型基于分布式人工智能和网络技术 ,完成生产过程与设备的监测与诊断任务 ,具有层次清晰、实现方便、维护简单和工作可靠等特点 .
In this article, three kinds of realization mode for remote monitoring, control and diagnosis are analyzed. And seven kinds of quality assessing indexes for monitoring and diagnosis are proposed and discussed, and a network based model for remote monitoring, control and diagnosis are presented. Based on distributed artificial intelligence and network technology, this model can realize remote monitoring, control and diagnosis in production process and equipment. The model possesses characteristics of clear layers, convenient configuration, easy maintenance and reliable working. This article gives an applied example in a large scale chemical production based on this model.
