镉对几种常见蔬菜种子萌发影响的研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过对不同浓度镉胁迫下萝卜、西红柿、葱、韭菜、蕹菜和青菜等6种常见蔬菜种子萌发培养试验,筛选耐镉性较高的蔬菜种类。结果表明,蕹菜在种子萌发初期耐镉性最好,其次为西红柿、韭菜和葱,再次为青菜,最后为萝卜;从发芽率来看蕹菜的耐镉性最好,高浓度的镉离子不但没有抑制反而显著刺激蕹菜种子的萌发,其次为西红柿、韭菜和葱,再次为萝卜,最后为青菜;0.5~100mg.L-1的镉离子浓度对西红柿、韭菜、葱以及蕹菜的发芽指数没有显著的影响,对萝卜发芽指数产生显著抑制作用的镉离子浓度为50~100 mg.L-1,青菜是6种蔬菜中耐镉性最差的,对其产生显著抑制作用的镉离子浓度为10~50 mg.L-1;种子活力指数综合考虑了种子发芽速度和发芽后幼苗的长势,是较好体现镉对种子萌发影响的指标,从种子活力指数角度比较各蔬菜种类耐镉性为韭菜>萝卜>青菜>蕹菜>西红柿>葱。 Effects of seed germination for six species of vegetables (Raphanus sativus L., Lycopersicon esculentum Mill., AUiumfistulosum L., Allium tuberosum, Ipomoea aquatica and Brassica chinensis) were studied in order to screen of cadmium resistant species. The results from comparison of germination energy of different species suggested that resistant of Ipomoea aquatica be the highest and at 0.5-100 mg·L^-1 of Cd could stimulate seed germination. In contrast, the concentrations of Cd with 0.5- 100 mg·L^-1 affected little germination of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill., A Uiumfistulosum L. and A Uium tuberosum. Lower concentration cadmium significantly stimulated seed germination of Raphanus sativus L. and Brassica chinensis and seed germination of Raphanus sativus L. and Brassica chinensis were significantly restrained. The sequence of resistant order on cadmium toards germination rates for the 6 species studied was in: Ipomoea aquatica〉Lycopersicon esculentum Mill., Allium fistulosum L., AUium tuberosum〉 Raphanus sativus L.〉 Brassica chinensis. Compared with the control, lower than 0.5-100mg·L^-1 concentration of cadmium, there were no significant differences in generative index of for the plants studied. Cadmium concentration with significantly restraining generative index to Raphanus s ativ us was found to be 50- 100 mg·L^-1 and 10-50mg·L^-1 for Brassica chinensis. As seed vigor index was a better index to represent influence of cadmium to seed germination, therefore, the sequence of resistant on cadmium towards germination rates for 6 species was Allium tuberosum〉 Raphanus sativus L〉 Brassica chinensis〉 Ipomoea aquatica〉 Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. 〉 A Uium fistulosum L..
