摘要
研究了洛阳市场常见的13种蔬菜中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的含量。结果表明:所有蔬菜中亚硝酸盐含量均比较低,硝酸盐含量的趋势是绿叶类>葱蒜类>根茎类>瓜类,小白菜的硝酸盐污染较重,而芹菜和大蒜的硝酸盐含量则超过三级标准,污染严重。
Contents of nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen of 13 kinds of common vegetables in Luoyang are studied. The results indicates that, content of nitrite nitrogen in all kinds of vegetable is much lower than the standard; the sequence of nitrate nitrogen content is greenery vegetable〉garlic vegetable〉rhizome vegetable〉gourd vegetable; nitrate nitrogen pollution in baby buk ehoy is serious and nitrate nitrogen in celery and garlic exceeds level III standard, indicating heavy pollution.
