摘要
本文采用配置不同浓度的 PEG(聚乙二醇 )溶液来模拟土壤自然水势 ,对日本柳杉种子萌芽实验进行人工水分胁迫处理。结果表明 :随着水势的下降 ,其发芽率在轻度水分胁迫下有所上升 ,然后降低 ,随 PEG浓度上升到 15 %时 ,发芽率、发芽速度、发芽指数、活力指数、芽长等都出现不同程度的降低。而当 PEG浓度上升到 2 5 %时 ,则上述指标均受到强烈抑制。结果表明 ,日本柳杉在轻度干旱胁迫时 ,具有一定的耐旱性。
In this paper,the treatment of water stress to Cryptomeria japonica(L.f.)D.Don seeds was made by the different concentrations of polyethylene glycol(PEG).The test showed that with the decreasing of water potential,germination rate increased at the temperate water stress,but decreased in total.When concentrations of polyethylene glycol(PEG)raised to 15%,germination speed,germination exponent,vitality exponent,sprout length decreased in diffent extent.When concentrations of polyethylene glycol(PEG)raised to 25%,all of the index were restrained intensely.The results showed that Cryptomeria japonica(L.f.)D.Don has a certainty drought tolerance at the temperate water stress.
