摘要
对１０３只慢性镉中毒小鼠的肾脏用光镜和电镜进行组织学观察。结果表明全肾组织细微结构均有程度不等的病理形态改变，受损部位以肾小体和近曲小管为主。受损程度可分轻重两型，并且与给镉量和给镉时间长短有关。
One hundred and sixty mice of Kunming species were randomly divided into 4 groups,In 3 experimental groups, mice were injected subcutaneously once a week with cadmium chloride(CdCl2)aqueous solution of 1.00 mg/kg,0.5 mg/kg and 0.25 mg/kg.The mice of control group were injected with aqua distillata. The mice were sacrificed respectively when they had been administrated for 6,12 months, The part of the animals were observed after the injection for half a year, The right kidneys of mice were studied under light microscope and transmission electron microscope。 The results show that the fine structures of kidneys were damaged, especially in the renal corpuscle and the proximal convoluted tubule. According pathologic characters, the injured degree of kidney may divided into 2 types : slight and serious degree of injury, The study suggested that the injured degree of kidney relates with the dosage and the time of administrated cadmium chloride to the mice, And the damaged fine structures of kidney couldn't be repaired.
