慢性镉中毒对小白鼠肝脏损害的观察

摘要 将160只小白鼠分为四组。三个实验组以氯化镉(CdCl_2)水溶液皮下注射,每周一次,剂量分别为1.00、0.5及0.25mg/kg,对照组用等量蒸馏水。给药半年、一年及停药后半年处死动物,用光镜和透射电镜对肝脏进行组织学观察。结果表明低剂量镉也可使肝脏结构发生中毒性炎症的改变,且受损情况与高剂量、急性中毒结果相似。停药半年后未见恢复。 One hundred sixty mice were divided into 4 groups. In 3 experimental groups, mice were given subcutaneous injections of cadmium chloride for each mouse weekly dosage of 1.00mg/kg, 0.5mg/kg and 0.25mg/kg. The mice of control group were injected with aqua destillata. The mice were sacrificed respectively when they had been administrated for 6,12 months. The livers of mice were studied under light microscope(LM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM). The results show that cadmium can damaged liver of mice even with very low dosage.The damaged livers may be divided into 2 types according to their pathologic character. Type I: Numerous inflammatory cells appeared in the liver parenchyma. The hepatocytes were swollen. Some rough endoplasmic reticulum showed disarray and segmental loss of ribosomes. Type Ⅱ: The liver of mouse was seriously damaged. The hepatocytes were shrunken even if were destroyed. Many of mitochondria were swollen and vacuolated. Many of lipid droplets appeared in the cytoplasm.There were numerous collagen fibrils in Disse's spaces and between hepatocytes.
