慢性镉中毒小鼠胰腺光镜下结构的观察 被引量:1

摘要 用光镜观察小鼠长期、低剂量染镉后的胰腺组织结构,结果显示:胰腺组织明显受到损伤。外分泌部腺细胞肿胀、嗜酸性变、脂肪变;损伤严重的腺细胞坏死、溶解、液化;胰岛内分泌细胞肿胀、分泌颗粒减少,部分内分泌细胞自溶;间质内纤维增生,大量淋巴细胞浸润。实验证明胰腺是慢性镉中毒时的靶器官。 The histological structure of pancreas of chronic cadmium toxication mice was observed under light microscope. The results showed that pancreas obviously injuried. The gland cells of exocrine portion appear acidophil and fatty degeneration. Serious damages such as nicrosis, dissolution and liquefication were found in a few of gland cells. The endocrine cell of pancreas islet were swollen and the secretory granules in cytoplasm were decreased. A few of endocrine cells also were found out dissolution. The fibers proliferate and the lymphocytes exude in the interstitial tissue. Thus, pancrea is a target organ in chronic cadmium intoxication. The pathologic change of pancreas structure of mice chronically intoxicated with Cd is similar to chronic pancreatitis.
