摘要
从职业技术学院教师职业特征、社会环境、学校情境和老师个人因素等四个方面阐述了职业技术学院教师职业倦怠的成因,并从社会、学校和教师自身角度提出预防和缓解职业倦怠的对策建议。
The essay expatiates upon the reasons why high vocational school teachers are listless on the basis of their occupation characteristics, social environment, school environment and their own factors. It also presents the countermeasures and suggestions to prevent and release the job burnout.
