摘要
高职教育的特殊性导致高职教师容易产生职业倦怠,它直接影响到教师的身心健康,甚至可能影响到整个高职教育的发展。对此阐述职业倦怠的定义及其表现,分析高职院校教师容易产生职业倦怠的原因并从社会、学校管理及个人三个维度提出相应对策。
The peculiarity of higher vocational education tends to lead to job-burnout in teachers,which has a direct influence on teachers' health and on the development of higher vocational education as well.This paper introduces the definition and features of job-burnout,analyses its causes and intends to find out relevant countermeasures from the perspectives of society,school management and the individual.
