摘要
随着我国高等职业教育的发展,高职院校教师的职业倦怠现象日益显现,它给高职院校的学生、教师、教学工作及社会发展带来了许多消极影响。因此,分析高职院校教师职业倦怠的表现与影响,探究高职院校教师职业倦怠产生的原因,对提高高职院校教师身心健康水平、促进高等职业教育健康持续发展具有极其重要的意义。
As the development of higher vocational education, job burnout of teachers in higher vocational college emerged gradually ,which brings many negative effects in students, teachers, instruction, and society development. Analyzing the representations and influence of job burnout of teachers in higher vocational college and exploring the reasons of job burnout is of great significance to improve the physical and mental health of teachers in higher vocational colleges and promote healthy and continuable development of higher vocational education.
