摘要 p16基因位于人类染色体9p21,其编码蛋白特异性抑制CDK4和CDK6的活性,参与正常细胞周期调控。在肿瘤中,p16基因存在广泛而频繁的缺失和突变,被认为是新的抑癌基因。就p16基因的发现、结构和生物学特性,基因改变与肿瘤的关系,以及在p16基因研究的意义和前景做简要概括。 p16 gene locates in human chromosome 19p21, Which coding protein specifically inhibits the activity of CDK6, regulates and control normal cell cycles, pl6 gene in tumor that there is delation and mutation extensively and freguently was regarded as new suppressor. The paper is going to review the discovery, the structure and the biological character of p16, the relation between gene change and tumor, meaning and prospect of p16 gene study.
