摘要
研究P16在肺癌中的表达与临床病理的关系。用免疫组织化学ABC法检测60例肺癌石蜡标本P16蛋白的表达水平。结果：8例小细胞肺癌P16蛋白的阳性表达率为100％。52例非小细胞肺癌P16蛋白的阳性表达率为57．6％，其中伴有淋巴结转移的肺癌P16蛋白的阳性表达率（18．1％）显著低于无淋巴结转移者（P16阳性表达率为86．6％，P＜0．01），低分化肺癌P16蛋白的阳性表达率（30％）显著低于中、高分化肺癌P16蛋白的阳性表达率（75％），P＜0．05。P16蛋白表达阳性的病人的3a生存率为64．8％。而P16蛋白表达阴性者其3a生存率仅20．3％（P＜0．05）。P16蛋白的表达与病人年龄、性别无关。结论：P16蛋白表达与肺癌组织类型、分化程度及转移有关。P16蛋白的状态可作为判断非小细胞肺癌预后的指标。
PURPOSE To evaluate the P16 protein expression in lung cancer and the relationship between the expres-sion and the clinical pathology.METHODS Immunohistochemisitry was employed to detect the expression of P16 protein in 60 cases of paraffin-embedded lung cancers.RESULTS P16 protein immuno-reactive cells were found in 8 cases of small cell lung cancers (100 % ), pos-itive immunostaining of P16 protein was found in 30 of 52 (57.6 %) non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC). The expression of P16 protein in the NSCLC with lymph node metastasis was markedly lower than that in the lung cancers without metastasis at positive rates of 18.1 % and 86.6 % respectively (P< 0.01). P16 protein was ex-pressed in poorly differentiated NSCLC at rate of 30 %, lower than that of 75 % in moderatedly and well differ-entiated NSCLC (P< 0.05). Patients with positive P16 expression had a much higer 3 year survival rate (64.8 %)than those (20.3 %) with negative expresion, and no correlation was found between P16 expression and patients age or sex.CONCLUSIONS The expression of P16 protein is associated with the histologic types, differentiation, and metastasis, the state of P16 protein can be regarded as marker for the prognosis of NSCLC.
