反相高效液相色谱法对动物乳清蛋白组分的分离比较 被引量:3

摘要 采用反相高效液相色谱法分离比较了乳牛、牦牛、绵羊、山羊等的乳清蛋白组分。结果显示,在C8色谱柱上,牛、绵羊和山羊乳清蛋白主要组分在35 min内能得到较好的分离;绵羊、山羊、牛-β乳球蛋白、牛-α乳清蛋白的色谱图存在差异,可用于乳种类的区分;而牛β-乳球蛋白的遗传变异体未分离到。 Whey protein components from cow, yak, sheep and goat were separated and compaired by means of reversed-phase high-performance liquid ehromatography. Major whey protein components from these animals were separated in 35 min with satisfied resolution using C8 column. Different chromatographic patterns of β-lactoglobulin and α-lactalbumin were obtained for sheep, goat and eow, which can be employed for identification of milk species. However, genetic variants of bovineβ- lactoglobulin were not separated using C8 column.
