摘要
建立区带毛细管电泳法分离检测乳粉中α-乳白蛋白(α-Lac)和β-乳球蛋白(β-Lg)含量的分析方法,检测条件为未涂层柱子、60 mmol/L磷酸盐缓冲体系(pH 6.5)、检测波长214 nm、分离电压15 kV。应用本法对市场上10个品牌的13个婴幼儿乳粉样品进行了检测,具有成本低廉、操作简便、准确快速等优点。
An analysis method has been studied which is used to separate and detect α-Lactalbumin and β- Lactglobulin from dried milk. The two kinds of protein are separated by uncoated capillary column and detected under the condition of 60 mmol/L p separate voltage.
