摘要
基于环境的动态性而提出的战略柔性可以帮助企业应对环境的变化。然而企业所面临的环境不仅具有动态性的特征,还具有包容性和复杂性的特征。战略柔性忽略了环境包容性和复杂性的影响。对环境的包容性和复杂性、战略柔性实施效果的影响进行了研究,解决了理论研究中的不足,为企业更好地通过战略柔性保持竞争优势提供了理论指导。
Strategic flexibility is a useful way for a firm to reply to the environmental uncertainty. However strategic flexibility ignores the environmental munificence and complexity that will influence the effect of strategic flexibility. This paper studies the impact of environmental munificence and complexity on strategic flexibility, solves the shortage of the research on strategic flexibility, and puts forward guidance for the firm who can retain its competitive advantage via strategic flexibility.
