摘要
本文引入了联盟合同复杂度这一变量对联盟治理问题进行研究,并构建了资产专用性、环境不确定性、联盟结构和联盟合同复杂度间的概念模型,且进行了实证检验。研究发现:联盟合同复杂度对联盟治理问题具有较强的解释力度;环境不确定性负向调节资产专用性对合同复杂度的直接影响,负向调节资产专用性对联盟结构的直接影响,且其调节效应完全通过联盟结构而起作用。
This paper introduces the terminology of alliance contractual complexity （ACC）to investigate governance struc- ture of alliance（GSA）. A conceptual model composed of asset specificity, environmental uncertainty, GSA, and ACC is proposed in the study. The proposed model is demonstrated effective and efficient based on empirical data. Findings of the study show that ACC can account for governance structure strongly; environmental uncertainty negatively moderates the impact of asset specificity on ACC, and negatively moderates the impact of asset specificity on GSA. The moderation functions well via GSA.
