摘要
在国内外相关研究的基础上,以战略柔性为中介变量,环境不确定性为调节变量,构建出市场导向、战略柔性对企业绩效影响的概念模型,并以133家湖南企业为样本进行了实证检验。研究发现,战略柔性部分中介市场导向对企业绩效的影响,环境不确定性负向调节市场导向对企业绩效的直接影响,正向调节战略柔性对企业绩效的影响。
Based on the extant literature,this study attempts to provide a conceptual model using strategic flexibility as a mediator and environmental uncertainty as moderator.An empirical study with a sample of 133 firms from Hunan Province is conducted.The result shows that strategic flexibility partly mediates the relationship between market orientation and performance;environmental uncertainty negatively moderates the relationship between market orientation and performance,and positively moderates the relationship between strategic flexibility and performance.
