摘要
研究了用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定高纯氧化钪中15个稀土杂质的方法。考察了基体效应及内标的作用,采用I或Cs为内标可很好补偿基体Sc的影响。方法检测限为0.013~0.085ng/ml,加料回收率为91.2%~105.7%,相对标准偏差为1.4%~8.1%。取样10mg时,可直接测定99.99%~99.999%纯度氧化钪中的稀土杂质。
The methode of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry for determining impurities of 15 rare earths in highly pure scandium oxide was studied. Matrix effect and internal standard were discussed. The addition of the internal standard element iodium or caesium could effectively eliminate the effect of scandium matrix. The detection limits are 0. 013 ~0. 085 ng/ml.The recovery ratios for spiking samples are 91. 2 %~ 105. 7 %, RSD are 1. 4 %~ 8. 1 %. The method is simple and rapid and can directly determine the rare earths impurities in 99. 99 %~ 99. 999 % high pure scandium oxide. The sample consumption was only 10 mg.
