摘要
本文报告了陕西省不同大骨节病区、非病区居民营养调查结果。综合分析了病区人群的膳食营养状况,结果是由植物性食物提供的热能占总量99.7%,蛋白来源于谷类占87.2%,豆类占7.0%,动物性食品占0.4%;主要营养素摄入低于我国供给量标准。文中着重讨论了永寿硒盐防治试点居民营养水平与病情下降的关系,就病区人群营养现状提出了改进建议。
An investigation on the nutritional conditions of the inhabitants in Kaschin-Beck disease affected and unaffected areas is reported in this paper. Our observation shows that the nutritional condition of the inhabitants in affected areas is as follows: plant foods account for 99.7% of all calorific value, proteins from cereals, beans and animal foods account for 87.2%, 7.0% and 0.4% of total protein, respectively, and the intake amount of main nutrients is be-low the criteria of providing amount in our country. In this paper, we focus on discussing the relationship between the decrease of disease incidence and the nutritional condition of the inhabitants in Yongshou with sodium selenite administration, moreover, we have put forward a suggestion on the improvement of the nutritional condition of the population in affected areas.
